INGREDIENTS: Rack of Pork Ribs
Cin Chili Mix
Brown Sugar
1 Bottle Cindy's Cin-namon Apple BBQ Sauce
DIRECTIONS: Remove membrane from ribs
Rub both sides and edges with Cin Chili Mix (When the meat turns orange you have enough)
Rub brown sugar on top of the rub. (A little goes a long way)
Wrap in aluminum foil and either place in oven at 250 for 2 1/2 hours or on the grill for 2 1/2 hours (low heat)
Remove from foil and brush on Cindy's Cin-namon Apple BBQ Sauce on one side
Place unbrushed side, down on grill for 5 minutes, turn and repeat on other side
Repeat process until nice glaze is formed and meat is pulled back from the bones
