POTATO CHIP SHORTBREAD COOKIE DOUGH:
Mix together: 2 cups melted butter; 1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 3 1/2 cups flour
Fold in: 1 1/2 cups of crushed - salted potato chips
2/3 cups chopped Passion Pickles Habanero Chips (drain the juice)
Roll into 1 1/2" balls. Place on greased baking sheet. Press a thumb down into the
top of the ball to flatten it and leave an indentation on the top.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 17 MINUTES
SWEET HABANERO PICKLE FROSTING:
Mix together: 1 container of white cream cheese frosting
1/4 cup chopped Passion Pickles Habanero Chips (do not drain)
Add 1 drop of green food coloring, to make light green.
